CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS
Depending on your Personal Fitness Assessment and what Stephanie has recommended for you, there are many ways to improve your goals :
Some people start with fundamental classes and move on to more difficult classes as their training progresses. No matter which format or class you select, you will find an appropriate workout, based on Stephanie's extensive knowledge, and her 35 years of teaching experience. And no matter which class you choose, you will enjoy a supportive group experience that is fun and invigorating, with moving, eclectic music to inspire your soul.

It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and healthier, but aren’t quite sure about where to start. That’s where I come in. I offer a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.
PILATES FUSION at EQUINOX
MONDAYS 5:30pm - 6:20pm
Discover the fundamentals of PILATES starting from the feet up. Learn the basics: bone rhythms, anatomy of movement, muscles isolation, posture, and therapeutic awareness. Take the first step towards becoming stronger, more coordinated, graceful and beautiful while challenging yourself to do more than you thought you could.
This is a beginning/intermediate level class designed for adults some ballet experience. Ballet slippers required.
A therapeutic workout that focuses on kinetic awareness and developing a ballerina's statuesque line, grace, balance and inner strength. You will use barre, foam roller, balls and blocks to chisel and define beautiful muscles. The workout is set to music to bring out the dancer in you.
INTRO TO PILATES REFORMER
October 10th - December 19th
Thursdays 7:15pm - 8:30pm
Intro to Pilates Reformer offers a series of exercises performed on a reformer to educate proper body alignment and better neuromuscular control.

PILATES BALLET TUNE UP: SMALL GROUP PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS
This class will focus on each individuals fitness goals. Before each class you can send an email with your personalized needs. Class is limited to 6 people. You will see major changes every month.
In this class you will learn how to strengthen your opposing body stabilizers to ensure proper posture and alignment through Pilates Matwork using rollers, rings, and blocks.
Get Control Over Your Body
Find it, Feel it, Own It, Move It!
Stephanie's workshops are open to students and teachers. During these sessions, you will learn how to neuro-pathically activate each part of your body. This technique actually builds more muscle fibers in each muscle area, thus giving you more finesse and strength in your movement.
Stephanie's motto "Find It, Feel It, Own It, Move It!" - If you can't find or feel what you are controlling, then it is controlling you!
