Any of the sessions described below may be booked in a private or semi-private format in one of our beautiful Bay Area studios, Arete Dance Center & PhysioFit Therapy in Los Altos, Pilates Palo Alto in Palo Alto, or Menlo Pilates & Beyond in Menlo Park, or in the privacy of your home.
