It focuses on neuromuscular precision control and anatomy education of proper techniques. Learn to analyze and understand imbalances due to lax muscles, decreased flexibility or improper gait patterns. Then learn in depth techniques for improvement, including: proper skeletal alignment, gait and application of movement, precision muscle strengthening muscles to create balance, and understanding the body's imbalances. 3 month Body Awareness Through Pilates Reformer Course
Stephanie will focus on each individuals limitations and needs during this 3 month course. You will learn how to really find the proper muscle isolations and e educated of how your anatomy works through movement while on the Pilates Reformer.
