Stephanie Herman's trademark method - CoreTique® has been approved for Continuing Education Credit with Pilates Method Alliance.
It focuses on neuromuscular precision control and anatomy education of proper techniques.  Learn to analyze and understand imbalances due to lax muscles, decreased flexibility or improper gait patterns. Then learn in depth techniques for improvement, including: proper skeletal alignment, gait and application of movement, precision muscle strengthening muscles to create balance, and understanding the body's imbalances.
